Shriti Pandey, a Civil Engineer with a Master’s degree from New York University, is the founder of

STRAWcture, a groundbreaking organization focused on sustainable construction. She decided that she

wanted something more out of life. With the aid of a fellowship, she returned to India to live in a rural area

and find the challenges faced by its residents.

After experiencing the challenges of rural India and witnessing the harmful effects of stubble burning,

Shriti committed herself to transforming the housing industry. STRAWcture’s flagship product,

Agribiopanel, is a green building material made from farm waste, offering a sustainable, circular economy

solution for construction.

Shriti’s innovative approach has earned her prestigious accolades, including Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia.
